At Pago de Peñarrubia we invent nothing, we just elaborate properly. Caring and monitoring every tree throughout the year, introducing techniques in order to achieve soon a 100% ecological production certification. Harvesting is done by mechanical means, pampering our fruits and transporting them without resulting crushed or touch the ground, intact until our mill located on the estate. We separate varieties and agricultural areas, preserving the differences between them, allowing us to create compositions that enhance the quality of every oils. From the tree to the bottle in less than 3 hours using only mechanical means and in cold-press milling process.
