We are located in the heart of the Sierra de Cazorla, center of the largest olive oil producing area in the world, in a natural space, with a great biological wealth where it is acquired the highest quality oils and at the entrance of the second largest natural reserve of Europe: Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas.
RECUÉRDAME is a green olive of intense fruity with herbal nuances and a very balanced complex profile. It is obtained from green olives, in an optimal moment of harvest at sunset in the beginning of October. It has connotations of sweet green tomato, with different sensory characteristics, since it is a special selection olive oil with an intense green. It is perfect for a culinary use that serves as a harmonic dressing for exquisite flavors with a lot of aromas, such as a pasta with pesto or a fish with fine herbs.
