La linea “Le Monocultivar” nasce dalla volontà di far vivere al consumatore un’esperienza di Puglia attraverso le tre cultivar più rappresentative del territorio. Ed è così che la Coratina, la Peranzana e l’Ogliarola prendono “vita” in etichetta ed esprimono attraverso i tratti somatici le caratteristiche organolettiche dell’olio, non solo, i paesaggi rappresentati in etichetta, sono simbolo dei tre territori Pugliesi in cui le tre varietà hanno avuto origine. Accanto allo storytelling del progetto, vi è la parte importantissima legata all’olio, infatti i tre pregiatissimi oli estratti a bassissima temperatura nel nostro frantoio, in purezza da ogni singola cultivar, sono ottenuti dalla molitura in sole due ore dalla raccolta di olive verdi nella prima decade di ottobre (early-harvest) questo per garantire fragranza dei profumi e l’armonia dei sapori. Naturalmente, vi è una produzione limitata annua di circa 6.000 bottiglie da 500ml per tipologia e di 300 bottiglie “magnum” da 1lt.

Since 1954 we take care of our olive trees. My family has been producing extra virgin olive oil from our own olives for over 60 years. Today we continue to innovate this story, keeping firm the roots of Apulia’s oil culture thanks to technological change.

In those years, Saverio, the forefather, was the one who placed the first brick of the mill, of what has become today the activity of Olio Guglielmi, a continuously evolving company. Thanks to Grandfather Saverio, a whole family is born, an “Extra virgin olive oil family “. Sons and nephews are dedicated to the cultivation of 160 hectares of olive groves, to olives harvesting and milling for producing a “genuinely” excellent extra virgin olive oil.
